Reigning Premier League champion Luke Littler is on the cusp of achieving a remarkable feat, according to a report by Sky Sports. If he emerges victorious at The O2 on Finals Night, he will join an exclusive list of players who have managed to win the title back-to-back.
Currently, only two players have achieved this impressive feat: Phil Taylor and Michael van Gerwen. Taylor won the title in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008, while Van Gerwen lifted the trophy in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, and again in 2022 and 2023.
