The show opened with an unexpected appearance from the “Sethriders,” comprising Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman, Bronson Reed, and Bron Breakker. However, their promo was interrupted by Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and JC Mateo, which led to a tense standoff between the two groups. Yahoo Sports notes that Sikoa shone in this interaction, questioning Rollins’ leadership and referencing Reed’s past history.
The night’s first match was a significant one, as LA Knight faced off against Aleister Black. Knight had been building momentum ahead of the Money In the Bank pay-per-view, and his promo skills were on full display as he targeted all the participants in the upcoming event. In the meantime, Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, and Stephanie Vaquer faced off against Roxanne Perez, Giulia, and Naomi in a six-woman tag team match. The King and Queen of the Ring tournaments are set to return next week, with a possible tease for the Queen of the Ring finals between Jade Cargill and Charlotte Flair.
