Brazil Triumphs Over Paraguay in World Cup Qualifier at Neo Química Arena

In a highly anticipated World Cup qualifier, Brazil secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Paraguay at the Neo Química Arena in São Paulo on Tuesday, June 10. The match drew a significant crowd, with over 46,000 spectators in attendance, generating a substantial revenue of approximately R$ 12 million for the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF).

According to reports from No Ataque, the stadium recorded a total attendance of 46,316, with 46,014 paying customers. The gross revenue from the match was R$ 12,706,050.05.

The win marked a significant milestone for the Brazilian team, who had not secured a victory since March 20, when they defeated Colombia 2-1 at the Mané Garrincha stadium. This triumph also marked the first win for Brazilian coach Carlo Ancelotti, who has been at the helm of the team since his appointment.

The decisive goal of the match was scored by Vinícius Júnior, who has been in impressive form for both his club, Real Madrid, and the Brazilian national team.

Neo Química Arena’s Record-Breaking Attendance

As reported by No Ataque, the Neo Química Arena’s record attendance stands at 48,196 paying customers, which was achieved during the final of the Paulista Championship earlier this year, when Corinthians defeated Palmeiras to claim the title.

Upcoming Fixtures

As per the No Ataque report, the Brazilian team is scheduled to face Chile on September 4, followed by a match against Bolivia, as part of the qualifying tournament for the 2026 World Cup.

Having already secured their spot in the World Cup, Brazil will play these upcoming matches as a formality, while Chile and Bolivia will look to make an impact on the standings.
