Madness to Headline Belsonic 2025 with Special Guests Ocean Colour Scene
According to a report from Hello Rayo, Madness is set to take to the stage at Belsonic on Thursday, June 19th, 2025, bringing with them a full-blown party atmosphere that is impossible to resist. The British band, fronted by Suggs, has decades of hits under their belt and is expected to deliver a night of dancing in the park, surrounded by good vibes and even better music.
As reported by Hello Rayo, gates at Belsonic will open at 6pm, with a curfew of 11pm. The event will take place at Ormeau Park in Belfast, and organisers are advising attendees to use public transport as there are no parking facilities at the site. Translink will be running special bus, coach, and rail travel services for Belsonic events, with more information available on their website.
Hello Rayo reports that limited tickets are still available for Madness at Belsonic, and can be purchased from ticketmaster.ie. The event is open to under-16s, who can attend with a paying adult, although front-standing areas require adults with children aged 10-16.
The report from Hello Rayo also confirmed that Silent Running and Ocean Colour Scene have been announced as support acts for Madness at Ormeau Park. Ocean Colour Scene, a renowned British band, will be joining Madness on stage, adding to the excitement of the event.
In terms of food and drink, Hello Rayo states that there will be a number of food and drinks stations dotted across the site, providing attendees with plenty of options throughout the night. However, there are certain items that are prohibited from being brought into the event, including alcohol, food, fireworks or flags, umbrellas, foldable chairs or garden furniture, and professional recording equipment.
As reported by Hello Rayo, Belsonic 2025 promises to be an exciting event, with a range of headliners set to perform in the coming weeks. Other acts set to take to the stage include Catfish and the Bottlemen, Charli XCX, Snow Patrol, Justin Timberlake, blk., Boiler Room, and Alanis Morissette.
