Richard Caring’s Harry’s Set to Land in King’s Cross

New Harry’s Restaurant to Open in King’s Cross

A new Harry’s restaurant is set to launch in King’s Cross on June 3rd, according to a report from Restaurant Online. The restaurant, which will be located on the former site of Vinoteca, marks the latest expansion of the Harry’s brand, which is owned by entrepreneur Richard Caring.

The new restaurant will join existing Harry’s locations in Victoria, Marylebone, and Knightsbridge, as well as Harry’s Dolce Vita in Knightsbridge. Caring also owns the private members club Harry’s Bar on Mayfair’s South Audley Street, which has been in operation since 1979. As reported by Restaurant Online, the King’s Cross restaurant will boast the brand’s largest terrace yet and will feature 1950s and 60s Venetian-inspired interiors, a trademark of the Harry’s brand.

The restaurant will be open from breakfast through to dinner, serving a range of dishes including antipasti such as calamari fritti, Caprese salad, and taglioni, as well as a selection of pizzas, pasta, and meat and fish dishes. The menu will also feature a brunch offer, which includes dishes such as crab Benedict and chips, steak and egg, and frutti di mare. According to Restaurant Online, Harry’s takes inspiration from the original Harry’s Bar, which has been a London institution for many years.

The first Harry’s restaurant opened in Knightsbridge in December 2017, followed by restaurants in Marylebone and Victoria, which opened in subsequent years. The expansion of the Harry’s brand is a significant development in the London dining scene, with Restaurant Online reporting that the new King’s Cross restaurant is expected to be a major player in the area.

"We are thrilled to be opening a new Harry’s restaurant in King’s Cross," said Richard Caring, as quoted by Restaurant Online. "The area has undergone significant regeneration in recent years and we believe that our restaurant will be a great addition to the local dining scene." The new restaurant is expected to create a number of jobs and will contribute to the local economy.

The King’s Cross restaurant is the latest in a series of openings for the Harry’s brand, which has been expanding rapidly in recent years. With its largest terrace yet and 1950s and 60s Venetian-inspired interiors, the new restaurant is set to be a popular destination for diners. As reported by Restaurant Online, the restaurant will offer a range of dishes, including antipasti, pizzas, pasta, and meat and fish dishes, as well as a brunch offer. The opening of the new Harry’s restaurant in King’s Cross is a significant development in the London dining scene, and is set to be a major player in the area for years to come.
