Ukrainian tennis star Elina Svitolina has advanced to the third round of the Italian Open, defeating Spanish player Jessica Bouzas Maneiro in a hard-fought match at the Foro Italico in Rome. The 16th seed, ranked 14th in the world, secured a 6-4, 7-6 (2) victory to book her place in the next round of the WTA 1000 event.
