Aston Villa Set to Allow Louie Barry to Seal Loan Exit
Aston Villa, as reported by Give Me Sport, are set to allow 21-year-old striker Louie Barry to leave on loan, potentially sparking a scramble among Championship clubs for his services. According to the same source, Barry is currently recovering from a knee injury sustained during his temporary switch to Hull City.
The young striker, who left West Bromwich Albion to join Barcelona before Aston Villa stepped in to bring him back to the UK, enjoyed a successful five months at Stockport County last season, scoring 16 goals in 24 appearances for the Hatters.
