Betfred Challenge Cup Finals Day: Ticketing Arrangements Announced
As the Betfred Challenge Cup Semi Finals Double Headers approach this weekend, RL Commercial has confirmed the end allocations for Betfred Challenge Cup Finals Day at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, June 7. According to Rugby League Commercial, the winners of Saturday’s Betfred Challenge Cup Semi Final between Hull KR and Catalans Dragons will be allocated tickets in the East Stand.
In a statement, RL Commercial revealed that the winners of Sunday’s Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup Semi Final between St Helens and York Valkyrie will also be allocated tickets in the East Stand. Meanwhile, the winners of Sunday’s Betfred Challenge Cup Semi Final between Warrington Wolves and Leigh Leopards will be allocated tickets in the West Stand, alongside the winners of Saturday’s Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup Semi Final between Leeds Rhinos and Wigan Warriors.
This allocation marks a change of end for supporters of Hull KR, Leigh, and Warrington compared to their visits to Wembley in the last two seasons. As Rugby League Commercial noted, Leigh fans were in the East Stand, and Hull KR in the West, when the Leopards won the 2023 Betfred Challenge Cup Final in golden point extra time; and Warrington fans were in the East Stand for their team’s defeat by Wigan last season.
In addition to the Betfred Challenge Cup Finals Day, ends have also been allocated for the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Final, ahead of the Semi Finals on Sunday, May 18. The winners of the Semi Final between York Knights and Bradford Bulls at the LNER Community Stadium will be allocated tickets in the East Stand – meaning that if York’s men and women both win their Semi Finals on the next two Sundays, their allocated tickets will be at the same end.
The winners of the Semi Final between Oldham and Featherstone Rovers at Boundary Park will be allocated tickets in the West Stand. As Rugby League Commercial confirmed, clubs will share information on how to purchase tickets within their respective allocation once their place in the Final has been confirmed.
Fans looking to buy tickets ahead of this weekend’s Betfred Challenge Cup Semi-Finals can do so from RL Commercial’s central ticketing platform. In a statement, Rugby League Commercial advised fans to check the platform for available tickets. With the Semi Finals just around the corner, fans are eagerly anticipating the action at Wembley Stadium on June 7.
