Easter Monday Acca Tip from Sporting Life Experts

Football Accumulator Tips: This Week’s Acca from Sporting Life for Easter Monday

A packed EFL weekend is set to get underway on Easter Monday, and our latest football accumulator tips are here to help you make the most of the action. According to Sporting Life, we have a number of exciting matches to look forward to, with several teams looking to boost their survival hopes or push for promotion.

In the Sky Bet Championship, Portsmouth are set to host Watford at Fratton Park, where they have won 10 and drawn three of their last 15 matches. Sporting Life notes that the home side are coming off the back of an impressive 5-3 win over Norwich at Carrow Road on Good Friday, which has boosted their survival hopes. Meanwhile, Watford have struggled of late, losing three of their last four matches and taking just a point from their last four away games.

Millwall are another team in focus, having ended a three-game winning streak with a heavy defeat at Blackburn last time out. However, Sporting Life believes that the Lions are still in a strong position to push for the play-offs, having lost just one of their last seven matches and winning all of their last three at home. They will be looking to bounce back against a Norwich side who have won just once in nine and twice in 13, losing five of their last seven.

In League One, Stockport are refusing to give up on their hopes of automatic promotion, despite it looking increasingly unlikely. Sporting Life notes that the home side have won four of their last five matches and eight of their last nine at Edgeley Park, making them a strong bet against a Huddersfield team in total disarray. The visitors have lost nine of their last 12 matches and remain without a permanent manager, having sacked their sporting director on Saturday.

For those looking for a fivefold accumulator, Sporting Life recommends backing League Two leaders Port Vale to beat a Grimsby team who were thrashed 4-0 by Swindon in their most recent fixture. The Grimsby side are now in danger of free-falling out of the play-off race, while Port Vale are still pushing for promotion. Sporting Life also suggests backing Swindon to continue their sensational form under EFL legend Ian Holloway, who has amassed 49 points from 30 games since taking charge of a team destined for relegation.

An honourable mention must also go to Oxford, although Sporting Life is critical of Cardiff, who have struggled of late. The big-priced U’s were making the longer acca until Omer Riza, who appeared to completely lose the plot in the latter days of his tenure, was replaced by Aaron Ramsey for the final three games of the season.

The odds for these accumulator bets were correct at 1830 BST (19/04/25), according to Sporting Life. As always, we encourage responsible gambling and remind readers that recommended bets are advised to over-18s only.
