Eurovision 2025 Rehearsal Schedule Unveiled
The highly anticipated Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is just around the corner, with rehearsals set to commence on May 3rd. According to Eurovision World, the 1st and 2nd rehearsals will be closed to the press, with the first rehearsals lasting 30 minutes and the second rehearsals lasting 20 minutes.
Prior to the 1st rehearsal, each country will receive instructions on safety, and the dressing room area will be presented. An in-ear monitoring rehearsal will also take place backstage. Following the 1st rehearsal, each delegation will proceed to the viewing room to review the recording of the rehearsal. Any necessary changes to visuals, camera work, choreography, and more will be discussed, and a makeup consultation will be conducted.
As reported by Eurovision World, the rehearsal schedule for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is as follows:
On Saturday, May 3rd, the semi-final 1 (first half) will take place, with the 1st rehearsal scheduled to start at an undisclosed time. The following day, Sunday, May 4th, will see the semi-final 1 (second half) take place, also with a 1st rehearsal.
Monday, May 5th, will witness the semi-final 2 (first half) 1st rehearsal, while Tuesday, May 6th, will see the semi-final 2 (second half) 1st rehearsal. Wednesday, May 7th, will be dedicated to the semi-final 1 2nd rehearsal.
Thursday, May 8th, will see the semi-final 2 (first 9) 2nd rehearsal, as well as the Big-5 and Switzerland’s 1st rehearsal. Friday, May 9th, will feature the semi-final 2 (last 7) 2nd rehearsal.
The dress rehearsals for semi-final 1 will take place on Monday, May 12th, with Dress Rehearsal 1 scheduled from 15:30 to 18:30 and Dress Rehearsal 2 from 21:00 to 23:45. Semi-final 1 will be broadcast live on Tuesday, May 13th, from 21:00 to 23:15.
Semi-final 2 rehearsals will take place on Wednesday, May 14th, with Dress Rehearsal 1 scheduled from 15:30 to 18:30 and Dress Rehearsal 2 from 21:00 to 23:15. Semi-final 2 will be broadcast live on Thursday, May 15th, from 21:00 to 23:15.
The Grand Final rehearsals will take place on Friday, May 16th, with Dress Rehearsal 1 scheduled from 13:30 to 17:30 and Dress Rehearsal 2 from 21:00 to 01:00. The Grand Final will be broadcast live on Saturday, May 17th, from 21:00 to 01:00, followed by the Winner’s Press Conference at 01:30.
It is worth noting that all times are in CEST (Central European Summer Time) and that the schedule is subject to change.
