Floribama Shore Star Kirk Medas Dead At 33

According to a report from TMZ, a star of the reality TV show "Floribama Shore" has sadly passed away at the age of 33. Kirk Medas, a beloved member of the show’s cast, died on Friday after spending nearly two weeks in an intensive care unit.
The news of Kirk’s passing was confirmed by his family, who told TMZ that doctors say he died from liver failure. Kirk had been hospitalized in a Miami-area hospital and had been fighting for his life. He was put on a ventilator and had been in a coma, fighting necrotizing pancreatitis.
The executive producer of "Floribama Shore", SallyAnn Salsano, and production company 495 Productions have released a statement reacting to Kirk’s passing. “We are heartbroken over the passing of Kirk Medas, a beloved member of our Floribama Shore family," they said. "Kirk brought light, laughter, and loyalty to every moment—both on screen and off. He was more than a cast member; he was family."
The statement continued, "Our hearts are with his loved ones, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. We will forever cherish the joy and memories he gave us.”
Kirk was a fan favourite on the reality TV show, which is a spin-off of "Jersey Shore". He starred alongside Jeremiah Buoni, Codi Butts, Aimee Hall, Nilsa Prowant, Candace Rice, Gus Smyrnios, and Kortni Gilson on the show, although Kortni only appeared in the first three seasons.
In the wake of Kirk’s passing, his former costar and friend Nilsa Prowant took to Instagram to pay tribute to him. She said that Kirk had been there for her over the past eight years of her life, even walking her mom down the aisle. She added that she loves Kirk and his family a lot.
