From TV Hunk to Forgotten Face: 69-Year-Old Actor Unrecognizable

David Caruso, the actor best known for his role as Lieutenant Horatio Caine in the hit TV series CSI: Miami, has undergone a significant transformation. The 69-year-old actor was recently spotted carrying paintings into his art gallery in Westlake, California, looking unrecognizable from his days as a hunky cop on the show.

According to a report from The Sun, Caruso was seen on April 30 carrying artwork into his gallery, sporting a much longer hairstyle than he had during his time on CSI: Miami. His hair was almost shoulder-length, a far cry from the cropped, shorter style he had during his time playing Lieutenant Horatio Caine.

The actor, who played the role of Horatio Caine for a decade from 2002 to 2012, has clearly undergone a career change since retiring from acting. He now owns an art gallery in Westlake, California, and has traded in his acting career for a new role as an art dealer.

Caruso’s appearance has left fans shocked, with many taking to social media to comment on his transformation. “Wow he doesn’t look the same,” said one person, while another noted, “My favorite actor I bet he still has the voice.”

In addition to his role in CSI: Miami, Caruso has also appeared in a range of other TV shows and films, including NYPD Blue, An Officer and a Gentleman, First Blood, Twins, King of New York, Kiss of Death, and Proof of Life.

Caruso has been married three times and has children with his former partners. His first wife was Cheri Maugans, whom he married in 1979 and divorced in 1984. He then married Rachel Ticotin from 1984 to 1987, with whom he has a daughter, Greta. His third wife was Margaret Buckley, whom he wed in 1996 and divorced in 2007.

David and his former girlfriend Liza Marquez have two children together: a son named Marquez and a daughter named Paloma.

The Sun reports that Caruso was helped and driven around by a female assistant, and was seen donning a hat before emerging looking smarter in an all-black Adidas tracksuit.

He has clearly moved on from his acting days, embracing a new chapter in his life as an art dealer. As he approaches 70 years of age, it’s clear that David Caruso has undergone a significant transformation, both in terms of his appearance and his career.
