Lego to Release Highly-Anticipated Simpsons Krusty Burger Set

One of the standout features of the Krusty Burger set is the inclusion of a replica of Homer’s unforgettable clown car. The model lifts its roof and folds out to reveal a "highly detailed interior packed with Easter eggs and memorable features," according to Lego. The set also includes seven minifigures: Homer, Bart and Lisa Simpson, Farmer Krusty, Sideshow Bob, Squeaky Voiced Teen, and Officer Lou.
The Krusty Burger set is set to be released on June 4, with Lego Insiders Early Access members able to purchase the set on June 1. The set will be available at Lego stores and on its website, and will sell for $209.99. As Variety reports, Lego Insiders who purchase the new set from June 1 to June 7 from Lego stores or its website will receive an extra gift with purchase: The Simpsons Living Room set.
The Simpsons Living Room set, which features 123 pieces, includes the Simpson family couch, a table with a lamp and phone, a rug, a remote control, and a Krusty Burger drink. The room is designed to be to scale for minifigures, and also includes a sailboat painting and a Krusty Burger ad on the TV screen. According to Variety, this set is targeted at players aged 10 and older.
