Lottie Moss Reveals Harrowing Overdose Ordeal

Lottie Moss Recounts Harrowing Experience with Ozempic Overdose

A recent interview with Inkl has revealed that model Lottie Moss, sister of supermodel Kate Moss, felt like she was "dying" after overdosing on the popular weight loss injection, Ozempic. The 27-year-old, who has previously spoken about her struggles with weight and body image, admitted that taking the medication was the "worst decision" she has ever made.

According to Inkl, Lottie Moss had been using Ozempic to lose weight, and in a short period, she had shed a significant amount of weight, approximately 6-7 kg. However, she soon began to experience severe side effects, which ultimately led to her being rushed to the hospital and suffering a seizure. In an upcoming episode of ITV’s The Price Of Perfection, Lottie recounted her terrifying experience, stating, "I’d lost like, six or seven kg, like, it was so dramatic. Coming off really quickly, and you almost don’t even notice it, because you’re so sick and, like, tired all the time."

Lottie revealed that she started to feel unwell and had a seizure as soon as she got on the hospital bed, which left her terrified. She recalled, "I do remember it, I started to feel, I honestly felt like I was dying. And it sounds really dramatic, but I’ve never had a seizure before." The experience left her questioning her decision to take the medication, and she wondered why she had put her body through such ordeal. "And I was just like this so isn’t worth it? Like, what am I doing to my body? Like, why did I feel like I needed to do this," she said.

As reported by Inkl, Lottie obtained the medication from a doctor, but it was "below board," and she admitted that it was intended for people who weighed significantly more than her. She emphasized that the medication is a serious treatment for diabetes and should only be used under proper medical supervision. "It was below board, from a doctor, but it wasn’t like you go into a doctor’s office and he prescribes it for you, takes your blood pressure, and takes tests, which is what you need when you go on something like Ozempic," she explained.

The Inkl article also revealed that Lottie experienced severe nausea and vomiting while taking Ozempic, which left her bedridden for two days. She confessed that she would "rather die any day than take it again," highlighting the dangers of using such medication without proper medical guidance.

Lottie’s experience serves as a cautionary tale about the risks associated with using Ozempic for weight loss, particularly when taken without proper medical supervision. As Inkl reports, the medication is intended for people with a much higher body mass index (BMI) than Lottie, and her decision to take it was reckless and potentially life-threatening. The incident has sparked a conversation about the dangers of using weight loss medications and the importance of seeking professional advice before embarking on any weight loss journey.

In conclusion, Lottie Moss’s harrowing experience with Ozempic serves as a stark reminder of the risks associated with using weight loss medications without proper medical guidance. As Inkl highlights, it is essential to prioritize one’s health and well-being by seeking professional advice and exploring safer, more sustainable weight loss options.
