According to reports from Football365, citing Telegraph Sport journalist Matt Law, Ange Postecoglou is expected to leave his role as Tottenham Hotspur head coach, regardless of the club’s performance in the Europa League. The Australian manager joined Spurs from Celtic ahead of the 2023/24 season, but his tenure has been marked by inconsistency and disappointment.
In his debut campaign, Postecoglou’s Spurs side started strongly, with some even speculating about a potential title challenge. However, they ultimately finished fifth and failed to qualify for the Champions League. This season has been a disaster, with the team currently sitting 16th in the Premier League and boasting a woeful 18 defeats from 33 matches.
