The Premier League transfer window is set to open and close twice this summer, with several high-profile departures already announced. According to Sky Sports, the transfer window will open early between Sunday, June 1, and Tuesday, June 10, due to an exceptional registration period for the expanded Club World Cup.

It will then open again on Monday, June 16, until Deadline Day on Monday, September 1. All Premier League clubs will be free to do business during the earlier window, not just Chelsea and Manchester City, who are participating in the Club World Cup. Sky Sports has provided a comprehensive list of all the Premier League ins and outs from the 2025 summer transfer window.

Several players have already made their moves, with Dean Huijsen leaving for Real Madrid in a deal worth £50m. Jaidon Anthony has joined Bournemouth, while Ben Mee has been released. Tom Watson has joined from Sunderland for £10m, and Yoon Doyoung has arrived from Daejeon Hana Citizen for an undisclosed fee. Sky Sports reports that Bashir Humphrey has joined Chelsea, while Estevao Willian has joined from Palmeiras for £29.1m.

The transfer window is set to be a busy one, with several top clubs looking to strengthen their squads. Alexander-Arnold’s departure has been a significant blow, with the player having been an integral part of Liverpool’s team.
