Daisy Ridley’s Action Thriller "Cleaner" Now Available to Watch in the UK
Daisy Ridley’s highly anticipated action thriller, "Cleaner", is now available to watch in the UK. The film, which stars Ridley as window cleaner Joey Locke, was released in US cinemas back in February and has been making waves in the industry ever since.
According to a report from Digital Spy, "Cleaner" is a high-octane movie that follows Ridley’s character as she is suspended 50 storeys up outside a London skyscraper when terrorists hijack a company gala. With her brother among the hostages, Joey takes it into her own hands to save the day and take down the terrorists.
Digital Spy reports that "Cleaner" is available to watch right now on Sky Cinema for all subscribers, as well as on NOW for anybody with a Cinema membership. If you’re not a Sky subscriber, you can add Sky Cinema to your existing subscription for £10 per month for a 24-month contract.
The film is directed by Martin Campbell, who previously directed James Bond films "GoldenEye" and "Casino Royale". The cast also includes Clive Owen, Taz Skylar, and Ruth Gemmell, star of "Bridgerton". Digital Spy notes that "Cleaner" is not the only major movie coming to Sky Cinema this month, with other premieres including horror remake "Speak No Evil", long-awaited sequel "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice", and critically-acclaimed animation "The Wild Robot".
In addition to "Cleaner", Sky Cinema has also recently added other popular films to its lineup, including "Smile 2", "Despicable Me 4", "Trap", and "It Ends With Us". Digital Spy has confirmed that these films are available to watch on Sky Cinema now.
Ridley will team up with Campbell once again on action thriller "Dedication", in which she plays decorated Marine Corps commander Major Billie Jean Parker. According to Digital Spy, the film follows Billie as she is relieved of duty following a mission gone awry, and is called upon to save the day when a dedication ceremony is attacked by anarchists.
Digital Spy first reported that "Cleaner" would be available to watch on Sky Cinema, and the film is now available to stream for all subscribers. With its high-octane action sequences and impressive cast, "Cleaner" is sure to be a hit with fans of the genre.
