Celebrity Guests Revealed for Great Yorkshire Show 2025
The 166th Great Yorkshire Show is set to kick off on July 8th and will feature an exciting lineup of celebrity guests on the Ariat GYS Stage. According to a report by Your Harrogate, TV presenters Helen Skelton and Matt Baker MBE, Rob and Dave Nicholson of Cannon Hall Farm, and Peter Wright of Channel 5’s The Yorkshire Vet will all make appearances on the stage.
The Ariat GYS Stage will host a series of chat shows, hosted by TV presenter Christine Talbot, featuring the celebrity guests. This year’s lineup promises to be an exciting one, with a range of familiar faces from the farming and television world. For the first time, the Fashion Show will also be held on the Ariat GYS Stage, featuring professional models and a few famous faces. Farming YouTuber and TikTok star Joe Seels will be on the catwalk every day, and radio presenter Georgey Spanswick will appear on Tuesday’s fashion show.
Some of the brands that will be featured on the catwalk include Ariat, Manteaux, Maude & Fox, Lakeland Leather, British Wool, and TOG24. Abraham Moons will also be showcasing its range of large and small ruanas in Yorkshire Agricultural Society Tweed. The Ariat GYS Stage timetable will remain the same each day of the Show, which will run from Tuesday, July 8 to Friday, July 11. Celebrity chat shows will take place at 11am and 3pm each day.
Helen Skelton, who first appeared at the Show last year, is excited to be returning for the 2025 event. "I am excited about being at the Show again," she said. "Last year I met some really lovely people, all of whom had the countryside at heart, and it will be great to hear from more this year." Matt Baker MBE, who has been a regular guest at the Show, will also be returning on Thursday. "The Great Yorkshire Show has been part of my life for many years and, every time I visit, I see or learn something new so I can’t wait to see what the 2025 Show will bring," he said. "I always know there will be new breeds of animals and new ideas to share which makes it a brilliant event for everyone interested in the countryside."
